  • Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm

Job Overview:

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a General Insurance Advisor. In this role, you will provide high-quality service to our clients, manage insurance policies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert advice on insurance products and services.

  • Policy Management: Assist clients with the purchase, renewal, and management of general insurance policies, ensuring all documentation is accurate and current.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant insurance regulations and internal company policies.

  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on insurance activities, including client interactions and policy renewals.

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client queries and resolving issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: A qualification, ideally in finance, business, or a related field, is desirable but not essential

  • Experience: 1 year of experience in the general insurance industry, preferably in a similar role

  • Certifications: Relevant insurance qualifications (e.g., CII Diploma in Insurance) are desirable.

  • Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Knowledge:
